Terms of Service

Coach Pro provides software for fitness coaches to build programs, manage clients, accept payments, and track training and nutrition. Clients use the same platform to follow programs, log workouts, message their coach, and submit check-ins.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person per account; sharing accounts is not allowed.

Coach Pro has no monthly subscription for coaches. Instead, we take a performance-based platform fee on payments processed through the platform. The fee tier is calculated from your trailing 30-day revenue (in your primary currency, EUR by default):

• Up to €500/mo: 10%
• €500–€1,500/mo: 7%
• €1,500–€3,000/mo: 6%
• €3,000+/mo: 5%

Clients pay their coach's subscription price plus standard Stripe processing fees. The platform fee is deducted automatically before payout.

Coaches are independent professionals. Coach Pro is the software they use — we are not a party to the coaching relationship and we do not provide fitness, medical, or nutritional advice. Coaches are solely responsible for the programs, advice, and content they deliver to their clients.

Payments use Stripe Connect direct charges, so the coach is the seller and merchant of record for every program and subscription sold through the platform. The contract of sale, invoicing, VAT treatment, refunds, consumer withdrawal rights and chargebacks are the coach's responsibility. Coach Pro only provides the software and collects a platform fee. Coaches are additionally bound by the Coach Agreement.

Coach Pro does not verify coaches' qualifications, insurance or claims, and does not review, endorse or supervise their programming. Complaints about coaching or a purchase follow the complaints process.

You keep ownership of everything you upload (programs, photos, messages, logs). By using Coach Pro, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share it with.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Clients can cancel their subscription at any time from their profile page. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal risk. We'll give reasonable notice unless doing so would harm other users or violate the law.

Coach Pro is not a medical service. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training, diet, or weight-loss program. You use the service at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Pro's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify Coach Pro against claims arising from your content, your coaching practice, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Denmark, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app.
