1. You may not
- Use the platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Sell prescription drugs, anabolic steroids, SARMs, or any other controlled substances.
- Promote eating disorders, extreme weight loss, or unsafe training practices.
- Provide medical diagnoses or claim to treat medical conditions unless you are a licensed practitioner acting within your scope.
- Upload sexual, violent, harassing, or hateful content; or content involving minors in any non-coaching context.
- Impersonate another coach, client, or organization.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
- Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotions to other users.
- Upload malware, attempt to bypass security, or probe for vulnerabilities without coordinated disclosure.
2. Coaches
- Be honest about your qualifications and experience.
- Deliver the coaching service you advertise and price clearly.
- Respect client confidentiality — what your client shares with you stays with you.
- Don't charge clients for features outside the platform that bypass platform fees.
3. Clients
- Be respectful in messages with your coach.
- Don't share your account with others.
- Don't redistribute the programs you receive.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access without refund for violations. Serious or repeated violations are reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
