1. Complaints about coaching, content or a purchase
Your contract for a program or coaching plan is with the coach, who is the seller and merchant of record. Contact them first, in the app. If you cannot reach a resolution, tell us — we can pass the complaint on, remove content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, and suspend accounts, but we cannot decide a contractual dispute for you.
2. Complaints about the platform
For bugs, billing errors on our platform fee, account access, or privacy matters, email Contact@Coachpro.website. We acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days.
3. EU / UK right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content or services.
- You lose that right once you expressly ask for the digital content to be supplied immediately and confirm you understand you lose the withdrawal right — which is what the checkbox at checkout records.
- If you have not started the program and did not waive the right, you can withdraw within 14 days by emailing us or the coach.
- Withdrawal from a subscription stops future billing; already-delivered periods may not be refundable.
See the Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.
4. Official dispute resolution
- EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- Danish consumers can complain to Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning at naevneneshus.dk.
- Data-protection complaints go to Datatilsynet at datatilsynet.dk.
We are not obliged to use, and do not commit in advance to, an alternative dispute resolution body.
